When I entered my mid-life ERA, it felt like getting hit by a mack truck going 100mph! Between a debilitating PTSD relapse and the onset of perimenopause, I spent my days longing for the women I used to be. My anxiety was higher than even, terrifying panic attacks masking as hot flashes, and muscle and joint pain had me believing I was dying. Don't forget the racing heart & palpitations.
YOGA was the one thing that helped me reconnect back into this body I had long abandoned. Me, the girl who would avoid yoga, found the one thing my body could handle. After 2 years of practice, I decided I wanted to teach yoga, and specialize in Yoga for a women's body specifically during the mid-life transition.
I created EMBODY HER FLOW as an all inclusive virtual platform for slaying mid-life (I mean do they even say slay anymore?) We offer YOGA classes for free, an on demand platform of all recordings, and life coaching.
