
MONDAYS ARE FOR MOBILITY
This 30-40 minute flow is designed with a women's mobility in mind. As we age and enter our mid•life (ish) era we being to feel tight in our joints. In peri-menopause & menopause 80% of women will have an increase in joint pain and muscle pain (hi, its me!). This flow is targeted to increase/maintain mobility within our bodies as we age.
FLOW WILL INCLUDE:
Warm-up, FLOW, Cool down & most importantly savasana!

HOW IT WORKS:

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

On WEDNESDAYS we practice mindfullness!
30-40 minute Mid-week mindful flow creating strength, stability and support for the 2nd half of the week. Flow will focus on synching body and breath and bringing awareness to the body, while also practicing balance and stability for life.
Wednesdays are the slowest flow days, with generous warm-up, flow & cool down with extra time for savasana with full body scan meditation.

On the 1st & 3rd FIRYAY of the month, we finish the week with an invigorating flow that is synched with a fun playlist. Fridays are for FUN MOVEMENTS that will have us maximizing our energy.
