MID•WEEK MINDFULLNESS

On WEDNESDAYS we practice mindfullness!

30-40 minute Mid-week mindful flow creating strength, stability and support for the 2nd half of the week. Flow will focus on synching body and breath and bringing awareness to the body, while also practicing balance and stability for life.

Wednesdays are the slowest flow days, with generous warm-up, flow & cool down with extra time for savasana with full body scan meditation.

What you'll need:

  • Yoga Mat (or safe non-slip surface)
  • Screen + Zoom to attend live (link will be sent in registration)
  • Water (to stay hydrated!)

Optional items based on class (not required):

  • Yoga Blocks
  • Yoga Strap

Price:

This is a free or pay-what-you-want class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you do want to leave a "tip" or "buy me a matcha," you can do so with a credit card when you register.

Replays are not included with the live Zoom classes.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)

3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins.

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.

5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
